SHIPPING:
Because some shipments may require multiple boxes, the final shipping cost may differ from the estimate shown. If the cost is higher we will contact you for approval prior to shipment.
All shipments are insured for its full value. Hardware only orders (no printing required) will normally ship on the same day if the order is received before 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Hardware only orders received AFTER 1:00 p.m. will ship the next business day. If it is important that your order ship same day, please call to confirm. Free Shipping (if offered) is limited to US shipments excluding HI and AK ground service only.
RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT:
Upon arrival, open and inspect your shipment immediately. In the event of damage, retain all original packing materials and call the appropriate carrier immediately. AAA Display Group is not responsible for damage during shipment. Claims for shipment shortages, overages must be submitted to AAA Display Group immediately and in writing.
REMOVING GRAPHIC:
If you need assistance removing graphics from the products before returning the hardware or if you need help packing items for return, please call for guidance. Graphic images must be handled with care. AAA Display Group cannot be responsible for damage to graphics resulting from misuse, mishandling or improper packing.
RETURN POLICY
Items returned for repair or replacement require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Products returned without an RA number may be refused. Please call or email for an RA number and shipping instructions. Have the product type, original invoice number, and a description of the problem available. Stock items ordered in error may be returned within 30 days for credit, less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs for returned products are the customer's responsibility. No returns due to order errors will be accepted 30 days after the ship date.Verify each shipment immediately upon receipt against AAA Display Group’s packing list to ensure accuracy. If a discrepancy is found, please contact the AAA Display Group Customer Service Department immediately. AAA Display Group accepts an even price exchange of standard products within 10 working days from delivery from a AAA Display Group warehouse with no restocking fees.
Should a return be requested of unused product for any reason other than a warranty matter, 10 days or more after the shipping date; contact AAA Display Group Customer Service Department for a determination if AAA Display Group will accept the desired return. AAA Display Group will carry out a full inspection of products before deciding whether or not to accept the return. All returns of this nature are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted more than 30 days after the shipping date.

FREIGHT DAMAGE
Products arriving damaged in shipping is a ‘non-warranty issue’ and claims must be made to shipping company and AAA Display Group Customer Service Department within 3 business days of receiving product. Digital photos may be required to document damage to the shipping container and/or product. Please be sure to sign for the package(s) as ‘damaged’. Upon authorization to return the damaged product, all returns must be made to AAA Display Group within 30 days of delivery.
Standard Warranty: Should a problem be experienced with a AAA Display Group product within its given warranty period, please contact the AAA Display Group Customer Service Department to determine the nature of the product failure and to establish an adequate solution. If a return for repair is needed, returns must be made within 30 business days of the Return Authorization (RA).
Order Cancellation: Order cancellations must be made in writing with receipt of the cancellation confirmed. Cancellation of a production order for which AAA Display Group has produced or ordered raw materials may result in AAA Display Group fully charging for materials and labor, or imposing a minimum cancellation fee of up to 50% of the purchase/sale price.
