PRINT PRODUCTION TIME:
To maintain the lowest possible prices and highest quality, 7-10 business days (depending on the product ordered) are required for graphic print production. Please call toll free at 866-665-4443 if faster service is required. Large quantity print orders may require additional production time.
Files are considered "received" when FINAL (ready to print) artwork is received and checked by AAA Display Group,
NO warranty is expressed or implied with respect to graphic images. All graphic images are fragile and should be handled with appropriate care. Graphic images, by their nature, are subject to fade over time. UV resistant images are available at additional cost. If your application is subject to high ultra-violet exposure. Please call for a quotation.
AAA Display Group is not responsible for loss or damage of artwork file(s) or media. AAA Display Group does not archive client artwork files. Files are stored on electronic media which are subject to failure. It is the client's responsibility to create backup copies of all artwork prior to shipment to AAA Display Group. Unless otherwise specified, file(s) and media sent to AAA Display Group will NOT be returned. Files sent by any means, including electronically by FTP or email attachment will be stored on site for the purpose of printing your images and then deleted within a few days.

ARTWORK PREPARATION AND WARNINGS:
AAA Display Group currently accepts files created in Adobe Illustrator CS2 (convert text to outlines) versions 7 through CS2 , Adobe PhotoShop CS2 (flatten image), Adobe InDesign CS3 (convert text to outlines), QuarkXpress 6.1 (collect for output), CorelDraw 12 (convert text to curves), Corel PhotoPaint 12 and Freehand 10 (convert text to paths). Other applications may be added, please call for information. Please refer to the Graphics Specifications sheet for each product. Graphic files requiring manipulation will be billed at $80/hour (one-hour minimum).
Creating files for imaging:
For your protection, a "For Position Only" (FPO) print, .GIF or .JPG file should be supplied with your print order. The FPO image is used ONLY for image position. This need not be a color image or high resolution. Without the FPO print, AAA Display Group cannot be responsible for font substitution, word wrap change, object repositioning, etc.
Graphic files are checked visually for obvious problems on our computer screens and are presumed to be of sufficient resolution to produce a high quality print. Please refer to the appropriate graphic specification for print dimensions and viewable image area. Bitmap files such as .TIF, .JPG, etc. should be 150 dpi resolution (100 dpi minimum) at full final print size.
AAA Display Group is not responsible for proof-reading and/or correcting errors.
PROOF PRINTS:
Proof prints (if required) are available at additional charge. Please call for added production time when proofs are required. Final order delivery will be delayed by the time required to print, ship and approve proofs.
Colors cannot be precisely matched on digital printers. If a specific PMS color match is required, please specify the appropriate PMS color when creating your artwork and highlight that information in your order. There is a $25 charge for each color match. Allow additional time for best match. This service is not available on all file formats.
REPRINTS:
Due to ink and media variations from batch to batch, AAA Display Group cannot precisely match previously printed graphics. If multiple images are used, it may be necessary to reprint an entire project if color match is very critical. Reprints at AAA Display Group's expense will be produced solely at AAA Display Group's discretion, based on visual inspection. If an imaging problem is detected or a change is requested after printing, you will be charged appropriately for time and materials up to full cost.
HARDWARE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
AAA Display Group offers the manufacturer’s limited warranty to the structural components and accessories of products. Products are warranted for the lifetime of each product against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship. Products carry the warranty specified for that category. All accessories including bags, lights and shipping cases, are subject to a warranty period of one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defect in materials and workmanship.
The conditions of the warranty are: Products shall have been subject to only normal use and service and shall not have been misused, neglected, altered, improperly set up or otherwise damaged; and, there shall be no evidence of tampering or deliberate misuse or destruction. UPS packaging standards should be maintained, see Freight Damage.
Defects of products will be determined solely by AAA Display Group and not by any other. Upon determination of a defect, AAA Display Group’s sole obligation will be to repair or replace the defective part with same or similar product.
Any claim against AAA Display Group for defects in materials or workmanship must be in writing. AAA Display Group must authorize the return of any alleged or defective part before it is returned. The party making the claim must prepay all shipping and transportation costs. AAA Display Group will not accept charges for parts purchased unless the conditions of the warranty have been satisfied.
AAA Display Group reserves the right to substitute, discontinue, alter or modify any product or part there of, at any time without prior notice. In such cases AAA Display Group may, at its sole discretion, substitute the warranted product.
No AAA Display Group representative, distributor or reseller is authorized to assume for AAA Display Group any other obligations or liabilities in connection with the product, or alter the terms of this warranty in any way.
AAA Display Group shall not be liable for damages, including special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of a AAA Display Group product or its use by the owner.
Non- AAA Display Group products carry the warranty extended by their manufacturer.
Printing: Dye-sub prints are warranted against fading for 6 months.
Custom built products: These panels should arrive in new, good working condition, but does not carry the standard AAA Display Group Limited Warranty.
Accessories and Consumable Products: These products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship and should arrive to you in new, good working condition.
Examples of products that fall into this category are Bags, Zippers, Light bulbs, Shelves, Brackets, Wraps, Tape, spare screws, Velcro tape, and other similar products added to the AAA Display Group product line.
Podium Tops: Wooden tops are made of wood. Inherent in this material is varying color and pattern as well as some minor “strikes” or “scratches”. Podium tops are guaranteed to arrive in new, good working condition.
DAMAGES
This site could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. AAA Display Group LLC. may make changes to the materials and services at this site, including the prices and descriptions of any products listed herein, at any time without notice.
